Thank you for your generous vehicle donation to help our first responders and veterans in need. A confirmation email was sent to the email you provided.

The towing company should contact you within 24 hours to schedule a convenient pick-up date. If you submitted your car donation on the weekend, you should be contacted on Monday.

Please sign your vehicle title on the ‘Signature of Seller’ line located in the first assignment area of the title. Please sign your name as it appears on the front of the title. If more than one person is listed as an owner on the front of the title, both must sign on the ‘Signature of Seller’ line. If there was ever a lien on the vehicle, we will need a copy of the lien release.

Please provide the towing company the title and lien release paperwork when they pick-up your vehicle donation. If you are not going to be home when the vehicle is picked-up, please advise our towing company where you will be leaving the title and keys.

When the vehicle is picked-up, our towing company will leave you a towing receipt. Once we have the vehicle and title in our possession, we will mail or email you your donation receipt within 10 business days.

Please remember to remove your license plates/tags from the vehicle on the day of the schedule pick-up. Also do not forget to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
